Ariari21 is a student-led nonprofit organization that connects art, education, and community service.
About Ariari21
I founded and registered Ariari21 as a nonprofit organization for students who are interested in art and community service. I started it because I wanted to create a way for students to use art outside of their own personal projects and connect it with real community work.
My Role as Founder
As founder and president, I help lead weekly meetings, organize mural painting projects, contact volunteers, and plan art-related service activities. Through this experience, I learned that even creative work needs structure, communication, and responsibility.
Projects
Art Education
Teaching drawing and painting to younger students and children with fewer chances to take art classes.
Mural Projects
Painting murals at senior apartments, homeless shelters, and adult day care centers.
Community Outreach
Volunteering at events such as the 2021 and 2024 Pasadena Rose Bowl Parade float projects.
What I Learned
Ariari21 taught me that leadership is not only about having an idea.
It is also about building a system that allows other people to participate, communicate, and create something together.
